Does it cost to join?
No. There is no joining fee or annual membership fee.
Is there an ongoing spending commitment?
No. There is no minimum monthly or annual spend. Individual professional offers may have their own minimum order requirements.

Available products, pricing and brand-specific requirements are provided after your application has been approved.
How do I pay?
Professional orders are prepaid securely at checkout. The programme does not include credit accounts or payment terms.

- Applications and professional access are subject to approval by The Groomers Shop.
- Pricing, eligible products, minimum order requirements and access levels may differ between brands.
- Professional pricing generally cannot be combined with sale pricing, discount codes, Groomies rewards or other promotions unless stated.
- Orders are prepaid and freight is additional.
- Product availability, pricing and programme terms may be updated when required.
