Servicing, repairs and warranty
All servicing and repairs are completed here at The Groomers Shop. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days, depending on the repair and parts required. The Falcons also come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Can it be used while plugged in?
Yes. If the battery runs low, the Falcon can continue to be used while connected to the charging cord.
